We have a 7-day return policy, which means you must submit the return within 7 days from the receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags,
and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you wish to return the item, you can contact us at info@item86.ae with the reason.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as further instructions.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In the event that your products are returned to us due to a failure to pick up your package, we will have to charge a fee of 30 USD. This covers the shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of the products. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
